You acknowledge and understand that Reqzo is currently in active development. This website serves strictly as an informational and early interest collection portal:

No commercial transactions, checkout operations, or retail sales are currently performed on this website.
Submitting an expression of interest as a shopper does not guarantee priority fulfillment of specific products.
Submitting merchant registration details does not constitute an automatic merchant contract or immediate store creation; all sellers remain subject to subsequent verification and formal commercial onboarding agreements.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
